Although this implement does mix & blend the ingredients exxtremely well, I find that I am unable to achieve the final result shown in the advertising video, where the mixed dough is formed into a smooth, tidy ball eithin the mixing bowl. Perhaps with more practice this will become attainable, but at the moment I am slightly disappointed with the results I am getting.

I don't know why I have not had this before. It stirs dough for bread so easily. Dough does not stick to it and cleans well. Easy to hold.

I was genuinely surprised at how easy making dough was with this. Previously I did it by hand, then I tried a dough mixer, then on a lark I bought this tool. Absolutely gets the job done and fast with no need for an additional appliance.
